Account & Registration

Account Registering on LuckyPKR is free and takes about 3 minutes. Go to luckypkr.im/register, fill in your name, email, mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. After submitting, you'll receive a one-time PIN on your mobile to verify your number. Once verified, your account is live and you can make your first deposit.

Account You must be at least 18 years old to create a LuckyPKR account. This is a hard requirement with zero exceptions. Age is verified during registration and again during the KYC process before your first withdrawal. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are closed immediately upon discovery.

Account No. Each person may only hold one active LuckyPKR account. Duplicate accounts — even registered under different names or emails — are detected by our system. All duplicate accounts and their associated balances will be closed. If you think you accidentally created two accounts, contact support immediately.

Account Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password?" Enter your registered email address and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox. The reset link expires after 30 minutes, so use it promptly. Account You can play immediately after registration without documents. However, before withdrawals above a certain threshold, LuckyPKR will request a copy of your CNIC or passport and proof of your registered payment method. Deposits in PKR

Deposit LuckyPKR accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is involved.

Deposit The minimum deposit on LuckyPKR is Rs 200. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher amounts may require additional verification.

Deposit Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your LuckyPKR account instantly — usually within 10–30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay are also near-instant. Bank IBFT transfers typically take 15–60 minutes during business hours. Visa/Mastercard payments are processed within 5–15 minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after 2 hours, contact our support team with your payment reference number.

Deposit First, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash app to confirm the payment went through on your end — look for the transaction reference number. If the transaction shows as successful on your payment app but hasn't appeared in your LuckyPKR account after 2 hours, contact live chat with the transaction reference number and the exact amount. We'll trace and credit it manually.

Deposit LuckyPKR does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your gaming balance in PKR. However, your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your provider if you're unsure about their charges.
Withdrawals

Withdrawal Log in to your LuckyPKR account and go to Wallet → Withdraw. Select your preferred method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, or Bank IBFT), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawal Processing times vary by method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are usually completed within 1–4 hours. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank IBFT transfers take 1–2 business days.
