Terms and Conditions – LuckyPKR Pakistan Online Casino Rules

1. Introduction

Welcome to LuckyPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and LuckyPKR regarding your use of our website at luckypkr.im and all associated services, including online casino games, sports and cricket betting, the Aviator game, esports betting, card games, and the VIP Club loyalty programme.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on LuckyPKR, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users of LuckyPKR from Pakistan. References to "you" or "the player" mean the registered account holder. References to "we", "us", or "LuckyPKR" refer to the operating company behind luckypkr.im.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To open and maintain an account on LuckyPKR, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. LuckyPKR does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by LuckyPKR or any related organisation.
• You must register using your own genuine identity. Creating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
• You must hold only one account on LuckyPKR. If multiple accounts are discovered to be operated by the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and all balances within them forfeited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of LuckyPKR.

LuckyPKR reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3. Registration & Identity Verification

When registering on LuckyPKR, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and any other details requested during sign-up. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, LuckyPKR may carry out identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) checks at any point. These checks may require you to submit:

• A copy of a government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of your registered address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

Withdrawals may be held pending verification until documents are reviewed and approved. LuckyPKR aims to complete KYC reviews within 48 hours of receiving complete documentation.

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. LuckyPKR is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on LuckyPKR are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier
• Deposits are credited to your LuckyPKR wallet within seconds for mobile wallet payments and within minutes for bank transfers
• LuckyPKR does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply charges
• You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same method used for deposit wherever possible
• Standard withdrawal processing: within 24 hours for verified accounts
• VIP Silver and above members receive priority processing; Platinum members receive same-day processing
• LuckyPKR reserves the right to request documentation before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000
• Funds derived from bonus credit must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal

5. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

LuckyPKR offers a range of bonuses and promotions, including the welcome deposit bonus, weekly cashback for VIP members, free bets, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Every bonus is governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply across all LuckyPKR promotions:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means bonus credit must be turned over the stated number of times before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• Game contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Cricket betting and slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in individual bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonus credit and associated free bets expire after 7 days unless otherwise stated. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts without notice.
• One active bonus at a time: You may only hold one active bonus at any given moment. Bonuses cannot be stacked unless explicitly permitted.
• Minimum deposit: Welcome and reload bonuses require a qualifying deposit at or above the stated minimum to activate.
• Abuse and exploitation: LuckyPKR actively monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated or systematic exploitation by groups. Accounts found to be abusing bonus terms will have bonuses voided and may be permanently suspended.

VIP Club cashback is paid weekly as real money with no wagering requirement. This is an exception to the general bonus rule and is explicitly stated in VIP Club terms.

6. Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting on LuckyPKR, including cricket, football, esports and other covered markets:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by LuckyPKR. We reserve the right to limit or refuse any bet at our discretion, particularly on markets where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Minimum stake: Rs 100 per bet across all markets.
• Maximum payout: Maximum single-bet payout is Rs 5,000,000. Maximum accumulator payout is Rs 10,000,000 per ticket.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Your confirmed bet slip shows the final accepted odds. For in-play bets, odds at time of confirmation apply.
• Abandoned and void events: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required overs (T20: 10; ODI: 20; Test: scheduled play), bets on most markets are voided and stakes returned. In-play bets placed after the match started may be settled under specific market rules.
• Result settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as announced by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, etc.). LuckyPKR does not settle bets based on broadcast results that are later revised.
• Palpable errors: If odds are published due to a technical or human error that is clearly incorrect (e.g., odds of 100/1 on a heavy favourite), LuckyPKR reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Affected users will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play betting: Live in-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event. We are not liable for any failure to place an in-play bet during a suspension window.

7. Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered by LuckyPKR — including Live Casino, Card Games (Teen Patti, Rummy, Andar Bahar, Baccarat), and the Aviator game — operate under the following general rules:

• RNG certification: All digital casino games use independently audited random number generators. Results are provably fair and cannot be manipulated by LuckyPKR or any third party.
• Live tables: Live dealer games are operated by professional dealers in a supervised studio environment. Physical card shoes are used. All sessions are recorded.
• Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, LuckyPKR will attempt to settle the hand or round based on the last recorded game state. Where this is not possible, the stake for that round will be returned to your wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each table and game type displays its own minimum and maximum stake. VIP members may have access to higher-limit tables not available to standard players.

• Aviator: The Aviator game is a multiplier-based game. The multiplier increases from 1.00x and may crash at any point. Players must cash out before the crash to secure their payout. Failure to cash out before the crash results in the loss of the stake for that round. Multiplier outcomes are generated by a certified provably fair algorithm.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Increases to deposit limits require a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss limits: Set maximum loss amounts for any given period. Once a loss limit is reached, further bets are blocked until the period resets.
• Session reminders: Set time-based reminders to notify you after a specified continuous play duration.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic pop-up summaries showing your net win/loss for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude your account from all games and promotions. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and applies platform-wide.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on LuckyPKR and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate other financial crimes
• Funding your account with payment methods not registered in your own name
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once
• Sharing login credentials with third parties or operating an account on behalf of someone else
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or using insider information in sports betting

LuckyPKR employs automated fraud detection systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged for manual review. Accounts found in breach of these prohibitions will not receive advance warning before suspension.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

LuckyPKR reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete requested verification within the required timeframe
• Chargeback or reversal of a previous deposit
• Court order or instruction from a regulatory authority
• Player-requested self-exclusion

Where an account is suspended for investigation, real money balances are held securely and returned to the verified account holder if the investigation concludes without finding a breach. Bonus balances are forfeited during any suspension period.
